Team Work: A SPOC is allocated to each of our Clients and then the whole team works on the provided requirements.
One Step Solution: We work on the Job Descriptions & Specifications given by the Client. We do initial screeningof the candidate & likely recognise the value of a candidates who encompass soft skills such as interpersonal skills & team leadership etc as per the specifications provided by our Clients. So more relevant profiles are forwarded to our Clients.
